At Ease Mountain, we do yoga.
We are open 364 days a year, and we offer classes 7 days a week.
We are devoted and dedicated to supporting your yoga journey, whether it's your first class, you've been off your mat for awhile, or you've been practicing for years.
We offer 20+ opportunities each week for you to begin or deepen your practice in our public yoga classes, workshops, and private yoga class series.
Our intention is to meet each yoga practitioner where they are and facilitate transformation through our vinyasa flow, hatha, yin, gentle, and restorative yoga classes.
Our pricing and schedule are set up to make it easy for you to get to your mat on a regular basis.
We are convenient to yoga practitioners who live or work in Felton, Ben Lomond, Bonny Doon, Boulder Creek, and other parts of the Santa Cruz Mountains. There are also students who practice at our studio who come from Santa Cruz and Scott's Valley, especially for our yoga workshops and special events.
All are welcome, but we have a particular interest in people who may feel uncomfortable or intimidated to go to a yoga studio - for whatever reason. We don't care what you wear, and we believe that yogis come in all shapes, ages, and levels of experience.
Our mission is to create a yoga studio where everyone can be at ease.
