Coming to Classes at Ease...

We work hard to make our yoga studio a welcoming space.
Here are some general guidelines to make your visit a pleasant one.

Parking

You can park in the lot behind the studio, access is via Mill Street, and here is plenty of street parking in downtown Ben Lomond.

Please do not park in the small lot just north of the studio, it is reserved for tenants in the apartments downstairs.

Please Remove Your Shoes

There is a bench outside the front door for taking shoes off before entering the studio. Removing your shoes prior to entering the space is a sign of respect, and it keeps the practice floor clean. The teachers maintain the floors after each class, so removing your shoes also honors their service to you as a student.

Cleanliness

Please make sure that your body & clothes are clean.  Avoid wearing heavy perfumes and be conscious about your body odor.  If you borrow one of our mats, please use the wipes we provide to clean it after class.

Payment

Please make sure you sign in when you arrive. This is to make sure that the teacher gets paid for your visit. If you are paying cash, we have an honor box next to the sign-in sheet which you can use to deposit your payment and make change. We accept checks & you can pay with a credit card online.

Reserving a Space in Class

Our studio has space for 20  students. We  encourage you to reserve your space in class prior to coming to the studio so we can get in touch with you in the rare event the class does not meet. If your plans change, you will not be charged for the class. Signing up also allows us to contact you in case there is an unavoidable change in the schedule.

Arriving

Please come to class no more than 10 minutes before it is scheduled to start & plan to arrive on time. Different teachers have different policies about arriving to class late, be sure to communicate to avoid disappointment!

Silence your Phone & Leave it Alone!

Please silence your mobile phone before class. Once class has started, please do not check your phone, step out to make or take calls, or otherwise disrupt the practice of those around you.

Students under 18

We do not currently offer classes for children at Ease and young children are not permitted to attend class with their parents.  If you have a teen or tween who would like to attend yoga with you, please check with the instructor well in advance of class.
